The Hoover Day Parade Tape, held by the Archives of Appalachia at East Tennessee State University, consists of one VHS tape copied from a 3 1/2 minute film of the October 6, 1928 campaign parade by Republican presidential candidate Herbert C. Hoover in Elizabethton, Tennessee. The recording depicts scenes along the parade route on Elk Avenue and West Main, ending at Harmon Field.
